General Minimum Entry Requirements for Admission
Completed A-Level studies before 2014
Two principal passes with a total of 4.0 points from Two Subjects (Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/ Economics/Geography.) defining the admission into the respective programme (where A = 5; B = 4; C= 3; D = 2; E = 1).

Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) of not less than second class or grade B or its equivalent in: Building Construction, Architectural Studies, Civil Engineering and Applied Physical Sciences with at least a GPA of 3.0 PLUS possession of a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four passes in (Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/ Economics/Geography.) and any other subject.
The Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying (BSc. QS) is a professional programme that prepares students to manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. The programme combines knowledge in construction technology, cost estimation, project management, procurement, and contract administration to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Through practical training, site visits, industry projects, and internships, graduates develop the expertise needed to support sustainable infrastructure development in both the public and private sectors.
